In a poll last week, most of you said that getting started is the hardest part of writing website copy. ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
For some reason, we can talk endlessly about what we do and how we are changing the lives of our customers, but when it’s time to sit down and write about it, we have nothing left to say.

So, why is it hard to write for your business? Oh, let me count the ways.


1️⃣ You're guessing about what will resonate.⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
2️⃣ Your website feels like high-pressure real estate.
3️⃣ There are 5,247 other things you'd rather do.⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
4️⃣ Writing takes forever. ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
5️⃣ You don't have a writing routine you enjoy.⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
6️⃣ There’s nothing new to say.⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
7️⃣ You’re unsure of the “right way” to write website copy.⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
8️⃣ You’re sure your writing will reveal you’re a fraud.
9️⃣ Typos and grammar rules stress you out!⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀

The truth is, we can come up with reasons NOT to write all day long. But your customers need you to teach them, to guide them, to show them that what you have to offer will change their lives. Thus, you need to write. ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀

Your website copy is vital to the growth of your business.
