A perfectly designed office space in Old Town, Lansing. Daydreaming about where Rough Draft Solutions could be one day.

Happy Friday!

This week definitely had its ups and downs! Sunday was a beautiful day spent with people I love - and I even got to visit Lake Huron for the first time! I'm always so impressed with the Great Lakes - they are so vast.

Sadly, I caught a nasty head cold/virus that has stuck with me all week. Blah! But thankfully, I still got to meet up with my friend Hana in Lansing for a quick coffee date at Bloom Coffee Roasters. Let me just say, if you haven't been to Bloom yet, you need to go! Their homemade syrups are delicious! They also roast all of their coffee beans right there, so you know you're getting some quality joe! After we indulged in a couple of lavender lattes, we walked around Old Town and enjoyed looking around a few of the shoppy-shops.

When we were walking around Old Town, we came across this lovely building. Ahh, a girl can dream, right? Needless to say, it had me brainstorming about Rough Draft Solution's future and thinking about all of the awesome collaborations we could have if we had such a beautiful space! Hello exposed brick walls and wood floors!

I'm looking forward to a weekend spent with friends and family! We have a game night, a birthday party, and an MSU game on the schedule! Fingers crossed I will get to go outside and enjoy some of this beautiful fall weather!

Hope you had a delightful week!

I finally tried the Lavender Latte at Bloom Coffee Roasters this week. It was just as delicious as everyone said it would be! (I was skeptical!)

I got to visit Lake Huron for the first time on Sunday! We weren't there very long, but I loved being by the water and hearing the sound of the waves crash on the shore.
